I have a Turnigy Accucel6 which is similar and it works for non high voltage LIPOs.

Re: Charger recommendations for 2022
I am in a similar situation….my brother is fighting cancer so I’m giving him an RC for us to go out and have fun with. I have been looking for a charger that really easy and simple for him to use and came across this Dynamite one.

It doesn’t have discharge or storage for lipos, so this and a Nimh battery will be easy to use. I haven’t bought it yet but my LHS has one that I’ll probably grab this week.

My other son has an older version. Its probably ten years old and still working.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Re: Charger recommendations for 2022
Resurrecting this thread because I too am looking for a less expensive Lipo/NIMH charger. Ideally a dual charger because whenever its time to get the r/c's out, its usually on a whim and I typically find myself needing to charge 4 batteries at the same time. And I only have a Hitec X2 AC Plus charger, therefore I can only charge two batteries at once.
