A compilation of a couple different runs yesterday.

Nailed it!..that wasnt one run...we made three runs all exactly the same,...speed only varied 3mph between all three runs...car performed flawlessly, ask Thumbs!

Re: Old School Rocket Car Build
Lol, yup...the Diamond One drove it for that run and another run...2 out of 3 on Saturday...says he never had to turn the wheel....A new engine is coming in today...a composite solid rocket engine vs. the black powder u have seen up till this point...the new engine is likely gonna be too much power early in the run...but its a single engine, the car is working great so we'll see...if it works it should run 90mph in 2.3 seconds (or close)...if not I will try a little milder composite engine...they are very expensive to run over the black powder engines do to hazmat fees

Re: Old School Rocket Car Build
It has been a while since I flew high powered composite rockets. Are Aerotech motors still available? I used to love the "feel" of a G motor launching. Composites have a visceral power compared to powder.

Re: Old School Rocket Car Build
Yup, Aerotech still available too...I will be scoring some soon when I figure out what I want...I am gonna try F composites right now.. G would be way too much power for this car I think

I'm about 10 minutes from the old jump site. I have considered seeing if I could launch a Bandit into the canyon
