Beautiful! How did you polish the aluminium parts? You can get a nice satin-aluminum finish by wet-sanding all the aluminum parts with 400-grit sandpaper. Well, I am still looking for the original box art servos, receiver, and radio. This is what I found in the mean time. This is the radio that is on the box at for the Turbo Optima. It should suffice for now.

Bill, I've made a discovery. The heatsink cover comes in a pack by Graupner (the German division of Kyosho I think), search for part number 4928/34.
