Re: RC10T - Original Rebuild
Quick question, did you use the standard "Servo Tape" solution for installing the steering servo? I am still looking to find the best source of Wheels and Tires for the truck. I am guessing most 2.2 tires should work. If I may jump in lavigna's thread 8) The best steering servo installati...

Re: RC10T - Original Rebuild
Great looking truck. I have had mine under construction for some 4-5 years now. Moving back from Europe and starting a new job have kept me from getting down to work and finishing mine up. Now that we have some down time thanks to this shut-down I might finally get back to it. My son reminds me of i...

Hello from Wiesbaden - Late
So I have failed for the last month to provide my welcome message. I guess I dived into trying to solve some issues to fast and well it's time to get caught up. I have been enjoying the the dialogue and assistance I have received in getting my Old RC10T that I originally purchased as a teenager in m...

Groups Overseas - Germany
Wanted to know if anyone knew of any Team Associated Groups/Clubs overseas in Germany. I have been thinking it might be nice to meet up and have someone to compare and see some of the modifications in action.

Re: Older ESC's and LIPO's?
Sorry for the late follow-up. Work is getting in the way of free-time. I think I will start off with 2S to test how the now "old" ESC handles it. As I get comfortable with it, I may ramp up as I see temps stay constant. Hopefully I get through this before the weather turns to crap here. Al...

Re: Traxxas Tires - Anyone used them
The anacondas will work fine for straight line runs and do decent on the turns but like mentioned above I have had better luck with the prolines. Personally I like a tire I can 'break loose' and make a little noise with and the anacondas will work good for that. They aren't a terrible price but you...

Re: Older ESC's and LIPO's?
Good information to have. I know the ESC was able to run a 7 cell hump pack. So 7.2v that means just stay at a 2s Lipo. It's that 0.2v overage going to be an issue? The voltage alarms I have from flying. So putting on in the truck won't be an issue. Just increases the overall safety. I have toyed wi...

Older ESC's and LIPO's?
So next topic for the day as a newb.
Older ESC's. So back in the day when I saved my allowance, I purchased an old NOVAK ROOSTER ESC http://teamnovak.com/products/esc/rooster/index.html
Question is, since LIPO power wasn't available back then, would a 2S Lipo kill this thing?

Re: Traxxas Tires - Anyone used them
The Proline Speed Hawgs were my Proline Choice. Just had never seen any discussion on Traxxas Tires. Be advised I am 15+years out of the hobby.
Rebuilding this thing is a bit of a road down memory lane. Just that college has washed some of those memories away. DAMN YOU ALCOHOL!!! haha.

Traxxas Tires - Anyone used them
Greetings, First post on this forum. I twas recommended for "vintage" rebuilds from RCten.com. Currently as many rebuilding my 10T from about '93. Have many parts to rebuild back from various dealers. Looking at tires to put on. Many people I see using PROLINE tires but little about TRAXXA...
