Thanks for all the replies everyone. So looks like its a CE late model with a stealth transmission.
Yes looks like orginal tires! They still have that center flashing down the rubber, front are proline made in the USA!

Check it out ... used some right angles from Lowes for 3$ off the rear and front towers. Looks pretty good now just gotta get some pists and cut them shirter, but that was the easy part. Thanks for the good advice and I put it to use!
