Re: Multi MR4-BX build
Cool. Old thread but thought I would respond anyways. I have a new built from box BX and one with the Worlds kit added to it. Both are shelf queens. I also have a used one with some parts that I intend to use as a runner. I will likely need parts. If you have anything available please let me know. A...

Re: Yokomo Copper Springs
So that bag of springs went for $170 and that was just for the rears. Crazy. I decided to make my own copper springs. I electro plated some Yokomo silver springs. Took about $25 worth of stuff (muriatic acid, copper wire and a power supply at 5 volts) and a few YouTube videos. In about 3 hours I did...

Re: Yokomo Copper Springs
I saw the springs on Ebay. I would pay $100 for a full set but not for only the rears. I do not need any other non-copper springs at this point. This is just for a shelf car.
Thanks

Yokomo Copper Springs
Looking for the YS-2R and YS-2F spring sets. Really just need the copper springs. For a Works 91 and Works 93.
I do have several sets of the springs in other finishes. Might try to get them copper plated.
Thanks

Re: Yokomo Off-Road Car Timeline
Does anyone know if the MR-4BX Worlds Spec Conversion Kit (Yokomo Item BX07CW) from 2007 would fit on a MR-4BC Special Edition Car (Yokomo Item MR-BC-1S) from 2003? Thanks

Re: Works 91 Spring Part Numbers
My NIB Works 91 is wrapped up and under the tree, until tomorrow at least. I also got a couple sets of the ZC-715 and ZC-725 from eBay recently. I do plan to build it so will be able to compare the NIB springs to the 715/725 spares. I got the extra springs as I want to paint or maybe dip one set in ...

Works 91 Spring Part Numbers
Does anyone know the Yokomo part numbers for the front and rear springs? I can find part lists for the YZ-10 but not for the Works 91. Might they be the same? Based on photos the rears look to be the same but the fronts on the W91 look to be shorter than on the YZ-10.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: 870c to 91 works build
I just found one. It is a translation from the Japanese manual. No photos but the text explains each step. It appears to have been originally written in 1991.

Re: 870c to 91 works build
Have you seen an instruction manual for the Works 91 in English? Just have scans and the original paper copy that came in the box, but they are in Japanese. Can Google Translate each step but sometimes it doesn't make sense. Not a big deal either way.

Re: 870c to 91 works build
Looks great. I just bought a Works 91 NIB off eBay. First Yokomo. Will be building it.
Did you just use spray paint for lexan? I’m thinking of painting them as well.
Thanks for sharing your build.
