Re: The next rere... a GT?!!
those look to be the pull start mounts, the non pull start dont have the raised shelf for the engine to bolt to Yep. The P/S mounts are "stepped" up to raise the engine, while the non P/S ones are just "flat"... In fact, there are a few different versions of the non P/S ones ......

Grabbed the wrong "example" (hardcore chassis)

Re: we all have big toys too don't we? show off your ride!
Brought another Vette home yesterday. Being an 80’s kid this was always my favorite body style. Never thought I’d own one but with as low as the prices are right now I had to jump on it. 22F8B1BE-7666-4734-8E86-DECB8BB8824C.jpegAAB86DF3-C4B4-4BA4-A1B5-EC3EAD05D817.jpeg Very cool! Re: Mods That Make You Go.... Eewww.
It's the 10L, DS, TC3, etc body posts that are now rare and expensive because they are rare. Being unable to mount a body because the posts were butchered is frustrating. No I'm not currently in need of posts, but I've passed up some otherwise nice cars because of mangled and missing body posts. Ah...

Re: Mods That Make You Go.... Eewww.
Cutting down body posts to make them the minimal height needed. Oh they're just cheap body posts. Just replace them if a different body ever needs them to be longer. Only my personal preference... I always cut my posts down to fit the body. I just can't stand the way it looks when people lea...

Re: Mods That Make You Go.... Eewww.
...not so much a "mod" BUT... for whatever reason, it drives me nuts when I see trucks/buggies where every single spacer the person could get their hands on, is jammed onto the shock bodies (or the collars are down as far as they'll possibly go), so it's just sitting there with all four co...

Re: Traxxas finally gets hit back
That's actually..... pretty funny! Thanks for sharing! Honestly, I think these are pretty cool, though and would probably be quite fun with a group! 5 or 6 yrs ago, we built a clay oval for go kart racing in my father's back yard. Not certain of the "lap length", but I'd reckon the infield...

Well, I certainly love it, so far!! Never saw the movie, tbh... But, looks cool man. Nice work, and I'll check back for sure! Thanks for sharing! fwiw: if you ever saw the movie "The Chase" with Charlie Sheen... I recreated that "green monster truck" (as the news reporter describ...

Howdy from the NJ shore!
Hello all! I've been a "lurker" for quite some time now... even registered a while ago, but haven't joined into any discussions yet. :? However, with the introduction of the 10T re-re, and my kids being a bit more of a "self-reliant" age now  , I can get into some discussion...
