Re: RC10 Re Re Value 2021
So, I recently found another sealed classic kit on Ebay made an offer of $675 and he accepted. Should be here tomorrow. Now that I will have 2 I am definitely thinking I'm going to build one. Probably save whichever has the nicer box.

Re: Do old radios and receivers hold any value to anyone?
For my Rc10s that are nice enough to "restore" I feel that includes all of what I call "day 1" stuff like an AM radio and a mechanical speed controller. On my "runners" day 2 options are fine but still should be vintage or what was available at the time. ie: a Novak esc...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Latest Ebay purchase, A Near mint late Edinger with box and manual. Motor has Edinger address (and the box) and it has 4 groove tires in front with no writing/ logo on any of them. Based on what I have learned here I would say pretty sure 1986 vintage. Body is rough but has the early squiggly lines ...

Camel trophy paint for lexan
I have been trying to get some Sandglow yellow or Camel trophy yellow for some time now but no luck. As this is RC10Talk you probably are familiar with Tamiya Camel yellow which is the correct box art color for an RC10. but you also know it is orange more than yellow. I have tried auto paint supply ...

Re: RC10 Re Re Value 2021
I just bought a new never opened kit on Ebay. Should arrive Mon Aug 9th. I got the cheapest one listed at the time and I paid $775. with tax and shipping almost $850. Which is crazy, but when I looked at my collection I realized I have several over a thousand so I pulled the trigger.

Re: Need a Little help with RC10 Body Identification
I need to start doing a search before I post. I just posted a photo of the same body. I was assuming original but was also not sure. I think I will just save this as is.

Vintage RC10 body identification
Recently purchased an RC10 on Ebay, it looked like it had never been run but was stored poorly and the pan was shot. Some kind of chemical had stripped the chassis in spots. My question is the body that came with it looks like an original vintage body. Can anyone verify? Or is it maybe a 6001 body? ...

Paint stripping
Hey guys (and gals) Any tips on removing paint from the white nylon plastic used on the RC10. I am getting one someone has painted all the suspension and wheels. It looks like a nightmare but going to give it a shot. Thanks in advance.

New guy, lots of questions.
Thanks for the add, I have recently acquired a few RC10's and am deciding how to proceed, as to restoration or not or upgrading electronics and just having fun. One of my recent acquisitions is a very original but in mostly poor shape A stamp car. I will be looking for help as to how much of what I ...
