I loved my Fox as a kid and I raced the heck out of it but track-side maintenance was a nightmare with the enclosed chassis! This one would be a dream in comparison...although I did drown my Fox a couple of times but got away with it because of that chassis!

Re: Which brand of screw/hardware are these?
They look like the JConcepts stand-offs that I have on my B74.1...? In fact the picture you posted is from the JConcepts page linked below! https://jconcepts.net/b64-fin-titanium-rear-shock-stand-offs-w-bushing--10mm.html Edited: The ones in the picture and at the link are for the B6.4. They also do...

Re: Optima Mid RERE
I haven't seen anything definite about when US orders for the Mid will be satisfied, has anyone else? :?: I still have my order in with Amain from Feb this year but I saw someone saying US deliveries might not be until September now...although this is unverified. Seems crazy that the rest of the wor...

Re: Optima Mid RERE
Yup, I’ve seen some pictures from people in Taiwan who’ve received their kits today.
At least it shows they are coming…eventually!

Re: Optima Mid RERE
So…there’s chat online today that the official release of the rere Mid is 28 Mar?!?! Anyone got any confirmation of that?
I expect even if it is, there will be delays getting kits to distributors and then satisfying orders but it could mean they start arriving on doorsteps in Apr

That's more beautiful work Jerome
I'm not normally a fan of leaving cars sitting on the shelf but this is going to be a work of art.
Cheers

Re: Better Looking Bodies for Newer Buggies???
The LFR A2 Tactic body by leadfinger is the best B74 body I've seen. I bought a few last year. They have a more mid cab look. Only slight issue with them is that my ESC only just fits under it as the sides slope downwards. Thanks for that...it's a better looking body (although I am starting to like...

Re: Better Looking Bodies for Newer Buggies???
I probably owe a follow-up post here... The cab-forward style didn't put me off enough and I bought the B74.1D kit in the end! I've found a couple of slightly different style bodies but they're all still cab-forward designs so I looks like I'm stuck with it   To be honest the incredible en...

Re: Kyosho Turbo Optima Re-Re Tires
How did this work out for you? Hi, sorry, I should have reported back. it turned out great...the wheels are spot on and give a much wider range of tyre options so I'm using them regularly and they're holding up well. Having said that...the Kyosho block tyres are much better on a wide range of surfa...

Let's hope there's soon a thread filling with pictures of everyone's kits arriving! When the rumours started last year the forecast delivery was mid-March 22 but opinion seems to now be April...so, we shall see!!

Thanks for the comments folks

@Dirtburner - that's a lovely colour scheme, which chassis is that...Yokomo I assume?! Still not sold on the forward cab but if that's the price of being competitive then maybe I have to roll with the times?!?!

Better Looking Bodies for Newer Buggies???
Hi Folks, I'm thinking about getting a newer AE buggy (like an RC10B74.1 or similar) but I just can't stand the 'cab-forward' look of modern buggies. I've not had any luck on the internet looking at the usual suspects for aftermarket bodies with more of a traditional rear-cab look, especially ones t...
