I saw this RC10 mid motor conversion on eBay today. Not very sophisticated with the exposed spur gear. Just curious if this was a mass produced kit or a one off?

Nice Procat! Some did this chassis mod to the Procat and XLS saddle pack to lower the COG. This was of course not a theme as long as one drove the stick pack chassis. Thanks 1911Colt. Yes, I'm not worried about a particular date, just that the buggy is from the era of my childhood. I know it's weird, but I only like the vintage rc cars.

The roll cage is still available, and in several different colors.

Any idea how close the modern orange is to original? I would like to keep the cage but if the color shade matches then I could swap out the damaged pieces. That would save me a lot of work.
