Re: Did I buy a worlds car?
Thanks for the link. I need wheels for an rc10gt as well. I have to replace the battery in my digital caliper before I find out the axle size. Thanks again for the link. Do you know what that era world’s car would have came with? Assuming the front are period correct with a three piece do you think ...

Re: Did I buy a worlds car?
Started to clean the rims. The previous owner painted them white.
I’ll need a yellow set for the rear. Does anyone know where I can find a set of yellow for the rear?

Re: Did I buy a worlds car?
It was advertised as a rc10b. I’ve never heard them referred to that way.

Did I buy a worlds car?
What do you guys think? The pan is milled and the stamp is a “C”.
I can take more pictures. Some of the pictures I took were too large to load.

Re: I bought my first rc10 B stamp
I bought another rc10 B stamp with the same white worlds control arms. Two in a row! Now I need to clean them up a bit. I’ll probably use this second one as a runner because the gold color has been taken off. I want to powder coat the chassis. If using it as a runner should I buy regular control arm...

Re: I bought my first rc10 B stamp
Hey! Thanks a lot. There is so much to learn with these cars.
Looks like I need to buy another car so I can compare these control arms to a different set!

Re: I bought my first rc10 B stamp
I need slotcarrod to tell me if I have the very rare white Worlds car rear control arms.
“The new Worlds type rear arms with shorter inner hinge pin and extra bracing in the center.”
I’m not sure how short the inner hinge pins were. I have the extra bracing in the center.

Re: Toys in the Attic
Thanks! I’m looking up wheels now.
The motor seems fine. I’ll try to fire it up and run it for a bit.

Re: Toys in the Attic
Thanks for the encouragement with the rc10gt I’ll post something in the rc10t forum shortly. Right now I’m just trying to figure out what wheels fit. The battery in my digital caliper is dead so I’m unable to measure the axle. I’m unsure if it’s 3/16 or 1/4. My guess is 3/16. The motor in the gt is ...

Re: Toys in the Attic
That green truck is sweet. I like that rc10gt I feel like they don’t get enough love. Are you ever going to paint the bodies on your rc10gt or the last gold pan? I bought a blue pan rc10gt a month ago or so. I’m trying to fix it and get it going. It doesn’t need much to be a runner. Still searching ...

Re: I bought my first rc10 B stamp
Thanks for the info. It seemed like the rear has a posi type gearing. When you roll one wheel forward the other also moves forward the same direction. It makes total sense that it has no slipper now that you said it. I would guess the wheels and the rear axles are aftermarket. I would also guess the...

I bought my first rc10 B stamp
I bought my first rc10 B stamp. It looks original except for a couple parts I haven’t quite figured out yet. I’ve been reading as much as I can for the past couple years. One thing I never learned a lot about is what rear axles most eras have? I think my car is roughly 1987. Maybe some folks can hel...
