Re: New guy. New to RC cars.
LOL, yeah the zip tie cracked me up. I need to find a battery cup & fix the front spindle/hub assembly before I can toy around with it too much. I don't think I will make it original, it's pretty scratched up so I just want to use it as a toy.

Re: New guy. New to RC cars.
OK that's what I thought. I looked around a little & started noticing that B3s were the newer models. Thanks for reassuring me I don't have the long arm version. New spindles, aluminum wheels, & new rear tires should be simple to find then correct? Ebay can be picky sometimes so I've been se...

Re: New guy. New to RC cars.
So is my car either B2 or B3 or just the body?
Just wondering what parts to search for when looking on the net. If you notice on the 4th pic I have a loose front wheel. The spindle(?) spins when I try to tighten the wheel. Pretty sure I need to replace it.

Not unless one of the many stickers on it have the name of the body. Is there some kind of marking to look for?

OK here are some pics. Sorry about the non-professional job I did of taking them, LOL. http://i12.servimg.com/u/f12/13/72/08/44/00110.jpg http://i12.servimg.com/u/f12/13/72/08/44/00210.jpg http://i12.servimg.com/u/f12/13/72/08/44/00310.jpg http://i12.servimg.com/u/f12/13/72/08/44/00410.jpg http://i1...

Re: New guy. New to RC cars.
Thanks for the welcome guys. I'll try to get pics up ASAP. It's always good news to hear when parts are available. I wish it was that easy for some of the cars (full size) that I've restored/modified. Try finding body parts for 73-77 Chevelles, LOL. So what's the width measurements in the short &...

New guy. New to RC cars.
First off, I'd like to say hi to everyone! I'm new to RC cars in general & just got my first RC10. I have some questions about it that hopefully y'all can help me out with. I got a gold pan in a trade recently that I was going to sell, but after playing with it for a while I think I found a new ...
