That Magnum AM radio and old school electronics really help give it a classic feel for sure.THEYTOOKMYTHUMB wrote:Very cool representation. It looks a like a classic 4wd screamer.

Re: Post feedback on 3D printed parts
That is pretty cool, I had some printed on Shapeways and its listed as Nylon but never really got a chance to test it out on my RC8e. It doesnt seem very strong to mount let say the suspension braces. I did have some made out of metal however the tolerances were off from that of the Nylon. The 3D pr...

Re: Post feedback on 3D printed parts
Are these parts straight from a 3D printer. I have drafted 3D parts in Autocad and had them printed via online sites but they seem a bit to weak to test with.

Re: paint removal
I think I would rather pay for a new body than go through the paint removal process. Just my opinion though

Re: VRC Pro Review - Game Play
I can't wait for 8th scale buggies, supposed to be out soon. I will also take 2WD buggy or trucks as well. To me even with the cost of another receiver (I just use the one I have) it still seems worth it. I also used my Logitech Rumblepad 2 (similar to a PS2/3 controller) as well, for those who pref...

Re: Losi JR-X2 (Courtesy of Google search)
If losi does reproduce the JRX2 it would seem to really push a classic race class, all it would take is Kyosho to reproduce the Turbo Ultima and its another real class. I would love to see the Kyosho Optima Mid reproduced (still one of the coolest looking buggies IMHO) even just to sit on the shelf....

Re: Losi JR-X2 (Courtesy of Google search)
I didnt realize this was the 25th Anniversary, It would be so cool to have a brand new JRX-2, although the 22 is only $180 so I might be tempted to buy that, instead. Ahhhh so many kits so little money. In all fairness to TLR they have probably been busy with the 22-4 though along with the many diff...

That will look pretty sweet, 20 years is a good life cycle.
What method are you using liquid masking or decal, spray can or airbrush? Good luck bro.

Re: Losi JR-X2 (Courtesy of Google search)
The price kind of surprised me on the RC10 Classic kit though, its listed at $250. Does this seem a bit high for an already designed kit? The B4.2 2WD Competition Kit is $260, It would seem R&D would make the newer buggy cost more.

Re: Losi JR-X2 (Courtesy of Google search)
I wonder if TLR will reproduce the JRX-2 kit similar to how Associated has done the RC10 buggy.

Re: Tamiya Newman Porsche 956 "1985"
I remember this kit from way back and seeing it on the shelf of the hobby store. I always liked the Black white and Yellow color scheme.
Excellent job!
