I might contact yokomo on the off chance I get some answers on production numbers. I think I have a couple rare birds, but would like to know since I really do enjoy running them.

Just picked up a hotdog and plan to run it. Does anybody know a substitute for the rear dogbone that's available? Or, better yet, can It be converted to a universal or cdv?

What did you end up using? I have been wondering what to do next since I am down to my last set. Looks like the dbo1 tamyia might wwork too, but I am not certain. Anybody know a good sub for the 870c/early yz10 hubs? looking for something that works on the rear since that is what I am breaking more ...

Looking closer at a pic of the 870c box it does seem to have alloy collars. Cool.

What shock collars came on the yz10?

I have aluiminium ones with set scews on my 870c but I got it second hand in 1989 and am not sure if those were aftermarket.

I would post pics but cannot from the iPad and it's all I have access to at he time.

What are the differences besides th 870 having a different body and the aluminum Shock collars? What color a arms came on the 870? Thinking of a resto for my 870.....thanks
