Re: New member, new b3 project!
Sorry I have not gotten around to the wiring pics but I do have a pic of the B3 wiring before i took the electronics out. As you can see three wires connect to the motor from the ESC, those are already there. The red and black wires coming out the other end need to be connected to the battery connec...

Re: New member, new b3 project!
Yeah, you might as well just get into lipo, you will be much happier. Not sure how fast, but it is very fast, any faster and it would be uncontrollable. If you go with the brushless set up no need to get the lipo cutoff. Wiring is easy the ESC already has 3 wires that connect directly to the motor w...

Re: front wheels
Or you could update your front end with the AE hex set up off the B4.1 How can I do this? Seems like a good idea so I don't have to mess with every set of front wheels I get. To do this you will need to change to B4 caster blocks, B4 steering blocks, B4 hex axles and B4 hex adaptors. Experts correc...

Re: New member, new b3 project!
Welcome to the forum, I too found this place because I dusted off my old b3. I ordered a Castle sidewinder SV2 and 4600 KV motor. I had it installed and ready but was waiting on replacement wheels from JC racing as they sent me the wrong wheels for the B3. In that time I picked up an unused RC10 CE ...

Brushless motor, reverse ?
Okay just hooked up my castle 4600KV and Sidewinder 2 in my vintage RC10 the motor runs in reverse, when i pull the trottle so I initially just reversed the channel on the Flysky controller but also read that you can just switch two of the motor wires. I put the channel back to normal and did this b...

Re: A few questions about Worlds Car
I am having this issue now. I used the stock rc10 rear arms, b4 carriers, b44 rear cva's and the rear is narrow. I have ordered Krenzels .160 wheel spacer, but not sure it will satisfy what I'm after. I will probably end up trying the Klein arms with B4 carriers and B4 cvds, along with the .160 whee...

Difference in A-arm lenght
Does anyone know if the RPM RC10 rear arms are longer than the stock RC10 arms? Not reffering to the RPM worlds arms.
Thanks,
Ren

Re: Lohas rims and what's needed
Congrats on the rims. I believe you need a B or C stamp chassis, experts please correct me if I am wrong. Here is a pic of the underside of my car with stealth tranny, notice the 4 extra black screws in the rear of the car. Regards, Ren http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8481/8240478432_3098b0c325_z.jpg ...

Pics of my unused RC10CE
Fished this one out of the bay and got it this week. I already ordered a slew of parts to update. It was missing a few things but is in very nice condition. I will post updates as they happen. Lipo Battery and RC10 bulkhead ?
Just received a gens ace 5000mah lipo and an RC10 CE i got off the bay and the battery is a little thick to fit into the bulkhead cup unless I jam it in. What is the norm? shoving it in, cutting the top portion of the bulk head cup? Are some 5000mah packs slimmer? The car is unused and I feel kind o...

Re: B3 zombie almost complete
I dig it Mean Gene! Green and black have always been one of my favorite color combos since I was a kid. I think it was the original Huffy Green Machine that first sparked my infatuation. http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t59/THEYTOOKMYTHUMB/Collection005.jpg Great collection you have there. Regard...
