It has the stealth chassis, just not pictured. He had it out because he was in the process of rebuilding it. So what's the year for a "B" chassis?

I'm new to the forum and to the gold pan car. I have a chance at getting an original B chassis car. The seller has had this for quite a while and has sanded down the chassis and painted it. He wants $75 for it. I want to re-build it with a gold pan and hate that he painted this one but I'm unsure if...
