Re: Mille Miglia 722 NIB

I agree with you guys about the detailing. Not quite as nice as tamiya usual product. It is still very cool to have and get to the door.

Re: Finished Traxxas Nitro Hawk

Thanks for the comments guys. These are super easy to work on. They come apart real easy, they really haven't changed much to now. Front end and rear end come off chassis as wholes. The only problem I had was in trying to clean the metal chassis the anondization came off some, so I had to sand and p...

Re: Making use of the airbrush..

Just started painting bodies with my airbrush. Using faskolor paints. Seems like I use 3/4 of a bottle for a sc body, but its real thin. What do you use to back the paint with. Nice work by the way.

Finished Traxxas Nitro Hawk

Just finished, Wish I had more build pics, but somehow got lost. It was covered with a 1/4" of muck on it when I got it. Love the white plastic!

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

Came in today, doesn't look to have ever been run. No wear on any of the parts. Looks like the Novarossi Top was broken in, and shelfed after that. Started right up with the old glow plug. Came with all the manuals, and original uncut sticker sheet! Awesome find!

Thought I would share my cool Lunchbox. May not be everyone's taste, but I love how it shows this thing's history!

That would make sense. Came with a bunch of Composite Craft stuff. Manuals and all.

New Guy from Charotte, NC

42 years old and dusting all of my old stuff off. First RC was a Frog, and i loved it. Optima was next followed by a Team Losi. Switched to carpet tracks and went on from there. Our cars were always built from from spares we found around. I remember going dumpster diving as a kid for circuit boards ...

Re: What do you use to initially clean up plastics

+1 on the Awesome, but be careful, using it full strength on your monster beetle wheels, or older Traxxas chrome painted wheels. You'll end up with white ones!

Re: The Official "What is it?" Thread

Got these in a lot. I identified most of the other cars. Mostly TRC LYNX. Also came with a rc10L Super Speedway Box. So I know these are a set up 10L's just not sure of exactly what the model is. Thanks guys!

Nice Collection! I thought I has a 360 E but it turned out to be a 360 PT. :( I have a bunch of those, I'll keep looking!
