Re: Rpm rc10bum
So in some random notes: All of the RPM parts to this day are made of Nylon6. (not 66 nor glass reinforced) Same as associated parts. Apparently there are a number of additives that can be mixed in with the plastic as it is injected. RPM is using an additive that allows for better abrasion and impac...

Craig Dreschers 91 Worlds Stealth car
At the IconicRC Revival weekend I got to hold Craigs Detroit 91 Stealth car that he still has, he is looking on restoring it. While I had it I took some photos of it that you might enjoy. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/pw/AL9nZEVnfLMZk5zD6aK3Tf5KoDJiKTRih2gqywi30gai0nk7rXWOdUBzvdXmMvJOuPdmxQUWqfK...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - September 2022 ** - Winner - THEYTOOKMYTHUMB
We rarely get all ten slots filled as it is. Limiting it to one type of car will reduce the number even more. I have seventeen vintage Team Associated vehicles. Most have been in BOTM, none have come remotely close to winning. I'd rather that instead of nobody entering. I don't post my stuff in here...

Re: Need Vintage Buggy Advice, looking at eBay auction.
IS this a good Vintage Buggy for my collection? What should I expect to pay? Thanks Here's the eBay link. I like the body. https://www.ebay.com/itm/285108324437 It's your collection. You decide if it's good for it. Is there a reason why you want that specific buggy? They are not asking a low price....

Re: Reedy Modifieds - which one would be your favorite?
[/quote] It's simple really. BITD you had stock and modified classes to race in. Allowed stock motor specs were determined by the track you raced at. If you had a $35 budget mod or an $80 "full" mod (your words) then you raced in the modified class. People with budget mods won all of the t...

Re: Original 6560 kit drill bit size and template
All, I agree with all the suggestions on drill size but what I’m really after is the “exact size” that was included in the kit. I sure there may be someone that has this kit and contents to confirm???. Thanks The exact size is 7/64 (0.111" or 2.81mm) I just measured my original, but I'm pretty...

Re: Reedy Modifieds - which one would be your favorite?
