Here's an SRT in a bag.
All parts are new although the screws will slow me down as I haven't ordered any.
Jeff's kits/conversions are always well put together.

Kyosho LeMans Motors
In 1984 Kyosho debuted their own line of LeMans brushed motors as an upgrade to the standard Mabuchi RS 540 motor. The LeMans series, a moniker inspired by the famed grand prix endurance race and French town after which the race is named, initially began with five modified motors but would grow to i...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - November 2024 ** - Winner - Incredible_Serious
This won't have the cool factor of the custom builds I've seen win in the past, but most of my builds are box art/build manual style, and this is the first one I documented the build on here. Thought it was fitting to have it be the first I submitted for BOTM. The RC10 B2 was my second ever hobby gr...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
The track's finished. Added a small jump after the tabletop and halfway down the main straight. The pictures are taken from the driver's stand.
I'll build a real one in 2026.
The driver's stand.

Re: RC10T4…..can I adapt the 3-Piece RC10T wheels to it?
I've never glued front or non-drive wheels. Is that really necessary is certain instances? 100% yes. while they are not a drive wheel the tires will roll to the side and pull off the bead when turning if they are not glued. now the exception is 3 piece beadlock style rims. these do not need glued.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Got some very cool, must have items from teshreve! The Tekin chassis setup is so weird! (wait, there's a propeller car here and I'm calling the Tekin weird?) The compartment areas for specific electronics, the rear sliding mount for the upper suspension links, the mid motor layout, the 'home made' l...

Hand-wound motors
The ol' lady is watching something stupid, so it got me thinking about hand-wound motors. Has anyone ever made one? Is it possible these days? I have not googled this for the sake of conversation. I'd love to make one with a custom label.
