2.5 year update.

Getting it prepped for the Vonats. Still have to glue up the tires I'll actually use and swap in the Reedy S+ 17.5. Number plates are in the works too.

Have all sorts of chassis and no idea what they went to. The guy was into dirt oval and it's sadly something I never ran except with converted Losi stadium trucks or buggies :P Any ideas on these? The tower is already drilled for a 10t style body mount. That wasn't gonna work this time, so jwscab made one for it out
of square 1/4" nylon.

Some AE drivers not racing a Stealth car at the 91 Worlds used a prototype/pre-production version of the RPM 7077 Worlds front end kit on their RC10's.

Your base line is probably alright. Not really gonna know until you try it. The right tires are probably more important. Try and find out what the fast guys run before you even go there.

Pins and ribs is not old fashioned if they work. All my stuff has pins and ribs for the track I'll be running next weekend. Though if it grooves up real well, you could probably go to an Ellipse Or Dirt Web style tire. But for my truck, I only have Carvers and Sprinters mounted up. So I'll be sticki...

The captured ones on my car are AE shock rod ends. I only have them on there because it's a replica and that's what Masami did. Otherwise it would've been ball cups..... which most likely would have popped off and saved my knuckle. :roll: I actually didn't even want to race that particular car becau...
