Finished up the latest 3D print. One of my favorite movies, Jurassic Park. Total of 54 pieces made up this one. Going to look great displayed in the theater room cabinet. https://i.imgur.com/UBWmrNt.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Av4lmIF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/AQP17vo.jpg https://i.imgur.com/8yBylOl.jpg

Re: Dadio's Airbrush Play

the chrome colours show every little defect in the body mould , and every little paint defect too. Yep that is the worst thing about chrome paint. I use the Spaz Stix chrome paint when I airbrush chrome on a body and if you even have a simple speck of dust, or a fingerprint, or even look at it cros...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - January 2023 ** - Winner - Steve71

My vote went to Frankentruck. Mainly because I have a huge soft spot for the Hornet. Back in the mid 80's when I was 15yrs old, I saved up the $90 it cost to get one back then from cutting grass so I could buy it. That was my very first hobby grade rc

Took my best friend Todd to the range with me this past weekend to put 500rds through the 9mm AR. He fell in love with it and wants to build one for himself now

Gotta love ranges that let ya rapid fire too 8)

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - January 2023 ** - Winner - Steve71

I wish my Hornet could do the jumps and flips that sweet monster truck can do. 😁 All kiddin' aside. I have such memories of the Hornet. I remember buying it and then building it. Then after I got it done I remember going to "Alcove hobbies" which was a shop on Woodward about 5 miles from ...

Re: Steve's 3d prints

Put the new miter saw my Nephew & Brother in law got me for Christmas to good use. After getting done with rod work for the day I spent a few hours building a new display case for my 3d print statues I make that fits under the tv in the theater room. https://i.imgur.com/dGJhtTi.jpg https://i.img...

Thank you guys, I really appreciate it. I know this is mostly a vintage site so it really means a lot to me that all those that voted for my home built monster truck appreciated the work that I put into it 8)

THANK YOU!

Re: Gun Room remodel

Figure I'll just post this here and update all my "gun stuff" under this post. Becuase I'm not sure if there's any other firearms enthusiast here or not? "Range Day" today...was prob best one in a long time. Was joined by 3 of my best gun friends I have. We took a LOT of guns, an...

Re: Needing information on a clod

I agree with Elkcycles it does look like a Boyer chassis for the most part, but the joints look pretty rough which John's chassis had nice clean joints back in the day so that kind'a throws me a tad. But it could just be that it's been painted and reworked so many times...so hence the roughness of t...
