Re: The dog thread
I was touring Facebook and Andy (yes, that Andy) posted this beautiful pup needed to be rescued. So I tortured over it (we havent had a pet in nearly 20 years) and went to pick her up. A lovely Husky (I think a little Malamute mixed in) with gorgeous crystal blue eyes. She hopped right into the back...

Re: Losi XXT building / rebuilding topic
Hi! Regarding the body, as I did not found a decent XXT-CR body, I purchased a TBG body. Regarding the look, the rear is OK but the front is too "round" (I prefer the edgy shape of the original body...). Anyway, If I find one day an original one, I will change the body; for now it should b...

1989 IFMAR Worlds Sydney, Australia VHS
Hi All,
I've uploaded the 1989 Ifmar worlds held in Australia. I downloaded this many years ago and it seemed to disappear off the internet. Luckily I found a copy on an old backup I had.
Cheers
Rob

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
A couple weeks ago at coxbros1 and TheDiamondOne's place. This is the display Derek has at his place. None of their modern racers or monster trucks in the main display. The meticulous placement of different colored LEDs to accentuate the individual cars really makes a difference. You can really gras...

Re: Brushed motor rehab
Got it back together. Whoever was in this motor before, had the armature endplay way too tight. I adjusted the endplay and centered the armature in the magnetic field. I reassembled it with new Trinity springs and the old brushes. I checked rotation before installing the decal, so that everything wo...

Re: JRX-PRO -The racer
One of those well intentioned, poorly conceived exercises in adolescent impatience and disappointment. Lesson learned. Sounds familiar... I had a box delivered from TBG. Including decals from MCI. 8) And then I took a deep breath and started cutting and masking and painting and applying decal...
