Soldered up temporary deans connectors to some new stick packs. Now I can discharge them before tearing them down and converting them over to saddle packs.

Wow... Those are some nice cells. I figured they were the cheap nicad we see on Amazon. I've built a couple packs from them, they work and can't beat the price but not much for run time Nooo....no. Score for this week....Mini pliers/wire cutters, wire strippers, 4mm heat shrink, a load of tires, foam for battery boxes, extra 14awg wire, xacto knife set (to replace the cheap one I bought a while back)...and the best, a new chair for the workshop to replace the bar stool I'd been using, so much ...

Matched and glued up the six new 2500mah Panasonic SCR saddle packs....soldering iron up next.

Vintage pan cars come roaring back to life in popularity.....rere's, vintage races, etc.....and my kids make a mint selling off my stuff, to cover my funeral, the open bar tab at the wake and a 70's rock cover band.
