Yes, they're fluorescent.

Motor plates were not powder coated.

That was my first thought. The shorter looking axles seem to be B4, but the hubs can be for B4, T4 and SC10.

Hot Trick wide nose. Requires specific shock tower.

Was used for wider front track width, before longer arms.
