The decision to go with the RC10 paint scheme plus the gold pan/white nylon is a brilliant marketing move. Most in the vintage community would not have paid any attention to this release otherwise. I think they will sell quite a few more than if they had gone with the standard street basher all blac...

To the surprise of absolutely no one, I am going to say Pro Cat is the bargain of the vintage offerings. :lol: That is a lot of buggy for ~$320 and it doesn't have any issues. Amain even had it for ~$275 briefly. Cougar Classic is pretty reasonable at $249, but I suspect there will be an even lower ...

Has anyone figured out how to recreate the paint? Or is Tamiya PS-54 as good as it's going to get without mixing? Was thinking I'd paint my Parts-Car-to-Runner Rocky in this color.
