Yes, tooling marks are part of the charm and identity of many of the old cars. Always interesting to look at the metal machining, whether it is platework, milling, cast or lathework. Also how traces from the moulds leaves marks on plastic parts, wear over time or rebuilt moulds for updated parts. So...

I had been hunting for a period correct speed controller for my og tomahawk, and opened my email this morning to find an alert on eBay for this bundle. Looks like I could assemble 3 out of the lot with some battery and motor leads. Right under $21 to the door!

I wanted to get the body really and also show off the the Factory Works Ten 4.1 kit, I really like the mechanical look of the belt and pulley sticking through the body...kind of a supercharger sticking through the hood look.
