Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
We used to go to the Street Car Super Nationals there and watching the A-10's was as much fun as the racing!

Re: Inter-Fab Viper EX-10
Eventually settled on a red after A LOT of experimentation. Under some light, they match perfectly, but as the lighting changes, the difference is obvious. Oh well, it is what it is. I got the whale tail painted, just haven't gotten it on. Swapped back to the original steering knuckles as they allow...

Re: Another Marui project - Ninja/Shogun
A good days work , I have a love/hate relationship with body painting. This is exactly the term to use : love/hate relationship :-) And while I have a lot of things to help with the Silhouette Cameo 4, the Thunderbird Coors is complex if you want to make it right... And while I tend to move away mo...

Re: Another Marui project - Ninja/Shogun
It took the whole afternoon... I set everything in the table so I have reference points... https://i.imgur.com/CGwLi9Z.jpeg I first used the copier to laid some key stickers on the side to understand where to put the lines. The other body on the table is an original one, and it is slightly bigger, s...

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
Got the D4S amp and crossovers mounted behind my seat.
I reused the mounting posts from my old setup by using some Kydex sheets.

Re: The dog thread
Well, it's been a few months since our precious Louie left us, so time for a new four-legged bundle of bark. This is Rudy , a 2 1/2 year old Kelpie. 20240316_165039.jpg We adopted him from a home where he was pretty much locked outside all day, and locked in the laundry all night, with NOTHING in be...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Raced these two magnificent Kyoshos today. Some of it in the wet. IMG_20240428_175122878.jpg The Ultima in 17.5 and the Turbo Scorpion in Silvercan. Nothing broke, and I was not exactly kind to them. Was an ongoing battle with tires though. Going to have to get a few different sets mounted for next ...

Re: RC10 Classic 40th anniversary
The 40th and it's nylon has a better chance of being a durable runner that the CC. The clear plastic parts in the CC just feel brittle. I completely agree. :D But I would say that ~5% of 40th buyers will actually run them. Most will be like that commemorative plate that your grandma bought from Hom...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
My son and I did some monster trucking this evening. He had the Clod and I had the Mystery Machine. The Clod is a pretty intimidating beast when it comes charging your way! 😂 I did my best not to let the Lunch Box get bullied, but he definitely owned the 2-way ramp in the driveway and the grass arou...
