Re: MIP cable kit RC10
Wow... crickets for such a cool project... What all parts have you collected so far? Are you wanting to build the four-wheel drive system from scratch? 48 pitch, BTW. ...I'd use the top shaft/diff/case from a stealth as a starting point for the front (Stealth rear too, obviously), or nab an RC104WD ...

Re: vonMarshall stepping into the dark side of RC10 from the safe cuddly world of Tamiya
Don't worry... no one here understands Associated's new manuals either.vonmarshalll wrote: ↑Thu Apr 24, 2025 10:12 am Obviously RC10 is an enigma wrapped in a mystery compared to the ultra clear Kyosho and Tamiya kits which literally fall together

Re: Best way to buy and build my ultimate hybrid RC10
Ooo... interesting build proposition. JoesphS had some pretty good thoughts. There's a few 40th kits on eBay in the UK for £450-£525 add a Stealth trans from £80-£170 with a Factory Works (username GoMachV here) Stealth drilling template www.ebay.com/itm/303982690875 ...or you can print one from her...

Re: MIP cable kit RC10
It's not a MIP main transmission? Looking at this it isn't a standard RC10 trans. MIP-cable-4wd.JPG Never said it was a standard RC10 trans, just making assumptions on the gearing for mathematics' sake since eddy hasn't said what the main trans gearing is, if he knows, if he has gears for either, e...

Thank you for the kind words! Man, a Baja bug in the mid-80's, talk about a rad first car.

Tamiya Toyota Hilux
In 1981 Tamiya launched into a new segment of off-road vehicles with their 1/10 4wd electric Toyota Hilux. Re: Tamiya Super Champ
Always welcome! Nice buggy's too, dig the idea of leaving one in as ran condition... every spec of dirt is a memory.... until one day you look at it and say, "I don't remember it being that dirty"
