If you don't get anywhere on finding an acceptable green you can always take a wheel to an automotive paint supplier near you (PPG, Dupont, etc.) they'll scan it with a spectrometer then sell you that color single stage enamel in a ready to spray aerosol can.

The closest I have found off the shelf is Montana Gold in color code 6130 - Malachite. It is an acrylic graffiti paint available from art supply stores, although you can also get it from Amazon. Got notification that my kit has shipped so people should start seeing them roll in. We'll see how the kit is soon.
