That's because the FXT and FX10 were a joint venture between Tamiya and Futaba. Basically Futaba decided they'd try selling their own R/Cs so they commissioned Tamiya for the job. Anybody have any info on this motor I just won off of eBay? It appears to be brand new never used as the mounting holes still have paint in them and the shaft hasn't been ground for a pinion yet.
