Re: Mugen Bulldog at last !
Really nice work there.
The Bulldog did very well in Australia. Team Pitstop modified and raced them after they stopped using their Taipans and before they changed to the Schumacher Cat.

Re: TAG Pro 10
All done apart from a pinion and body. Lots of period correct electronics in it now and all wired up for some heavy shelf action. The wing's a heavily chopped Schumacher Cat XLS re-release. The wing posts are cross drilled PCB standoffs. As a bonus the anodising matches the wheels. I'm very ha...

Re: What your workstation looks like?
Finally got new shelves and a bench. I put the lino down today. Still have to get the shelves packed with my junk. Add LED lighting plus various other things. It never ends.

Re: Coyote time!
Interesting idea using a front diff housing on the rear.
Dadio certainly is a Godsend for Coyote owners. I see you've bought one of his gear covers.

SG Coyote improvements
I first saw an ad for the SG Coyote in January 1986 and thought it looked interesting. I then promptly forgot about it until 1988 when I read about John Schweitzer's modified two speed Coyote in Dirt and Track number four. I was thoroughly impressed and vowed that one day I would own one. Fast forwa...

Re: SG Coyote improvements
Thanks Gav, the post is rock solid now. All Coyotes are afflicted with the dreaded giant single wheel bearing disease, which allows massive amounts of wheel wobble and more as the bearing wears. Here's my solution. Machine double bearing holders from Acetal with a total width of 6.95mm. Instead of o...

Re: SG Coyote improvements
Stock Coyotes are limited to a 48 tooth .8 module spur gear which doesn't stand up to the ravages of time and use. More than one person has mentioned that their spur was on the verge of crumbling to dust. With a couple of passes on the lathe this spur gear adaptor intended for Tamiya's TT-02 series ...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I got an Ultima in the post today. I have a Pro XL with a broken chassis that I'm going to rebuild. I bought the one I received today because the chassis in the grainy photos resembled the Pro XL chassis. Turns out what I bought was even better. This is what I have after stripping it down. Chassis.j...

This.
I got home from work Wednesday, this was waiting for me. I knew nothing about it. My brother bought it for me and posted it.
