Re: 1993 WCS ‘Faux-komo’ Repo 3d printed & Non-OEM Parts

Found some non-OEM team Suzuki bits….they are still more placeholders than anything else while I continue to look for 3d printed versions in the future.

Re: 1993 WCS ‘Faux-komo’ Repo 3d printed & Non-OEM Parts

The friends from Thailand came through again with the hard to find front diff bits. Honestly I think at this point almost all the hard to find parts have been built by them. If they are reading this, I cannot thank them enough for producing all these parts! In full transparency the diff rings are no...

Re: 1995 Yokomo YZ-10 Pavidis Restoration (un-completed)

Well it came out….ok…I am not much of a paint/body guy and removing and reapplying the decals definitely wasn’t a good idea…oh well I can always order more I guess but here it is…at least for now. I’ll see about replacing the wing buttons with the blue B4 versions if they become available at a decen...

Re: 1994 Yokomo YZ-10 Box Stock Restoration

Well I finally bit the bullet and cut out the body which is something I am really not good at but I think it turned out ok. Decided to replace the wing as well and ordered a pink one from JC Racing that will look a lot closer to the box art original than the orangie pinkie thing I had going on befor...

Re: 1994 Yokomo YZ-10 Box Stock Restoration

Re: What in the R/C would you do?

For about the first time in about 30 years I subscribed to an R/C magazine and quickly learned just how much the hobby has actually changed. Almost the entire issue was dedicated to rock crawlers, which I completely understand, cover what sells but there was nothing about 4wd cars, electronics etc. ...

Re: Hi from the Uk

Firstly, welcome to the forum. I am not familiar with the Mardave vehicles but I am sure you will get your answers. With Yokomo’s, the differentials are adjusted with a screw that sounds similar in order to loosen it you might want to try turning it about a quarter turn and see if she loosens up a b...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?

Spent this afternoon cutting a motor mount for my RC10GX that I have been putting off literally for weeks. Turned out pretty good all things considered, one hurdle done now going to focus on steering and wheels.

Yah keep going….I am doubling down on the dare you :D

No really, the rare ones always seem to take the most effort but the end result/payoff are like nothing else. You got this!
