Losi Swept Front Arm Differences

I just ordered 2 sets of NIP Losi Swept front arms, and I just wanted to share the visible differences in the arms I received.

I scanned them in the bag with header cards so maybe those of you that know a lot more about this than I, can shed some light on the time line of the parts. I would assumed the more reinforced pieces came later.

Believe you are correct. The JRX2 header is older than the Team Losi one. The arms I have, some from before the kits had the swepts, don’t have the extra material.

That’s something I always thought interesting about Losi, you can usually sense a new car coming, as they frequently release new parts before the kit that first uses them. Suspect it’s to start recouping expensive tooling investments as they go, but it allows for great updating opportunities too. And great for reading the ‘ol crystal ball.
