AJ's tires

I got these tires from matthew john as part of a trade. They are obviously nip and I am considering using them on a sprinter project. Would they be "appropriate" for that? Anyway the rears had a couple of baloons in the package that have melded themselves together over time in a sort of amoebic manner. I can't pull them apart without destrying them. Was this a common inclusion in these tire packs?

Yes aj's did often include ballons in there tires.
