Possibly JG Manufacturing (unless JG just sourced them from CC, which is entirely possible).

there were so many chassis' for the rc10 back in the day that looked almost identical it's rediculous. someone obviously added the cell slots, and it looks like it had a robinson racing adjustable rear toe setup on it at one time, too.

I am gonna bet it was mid motored at one point. It looks as though there are wear spots in front of where the bulkhead would be (that might also explain the extra rear holes as the bulkhead would have been moved to the rear) and why the cells are so far forward (because of the motor being in the way).
