So I managed to track down who he sold it to. He fed them a line that he was concerned I wouldn't pay because my feedback was low (even though I paid within 24 hrs). The guy said it was def a sticker on a normal chassis and towers, and that even the wheels and parts were all messed up. He ended up emailing the guy and he told him to piss off so he had to file and get a partial refund. I'd stay away from this clown if I were all of you, I know I'm gonna.

Ok so know that my dispute is filed and immediately escalated its time for us to come up with the fun part.

What can i do to this guy? I plan on leaving feedback that goes without saying but i'm sure between the rest of us we can figure out what else can be done through ebay to get rid of him for all our sakes? What do I report him for and to where?

I was looking at that one too and thought at first it was a Atomic-Carbon/Fibre-Lyte chassis because of the weave pattern that is characteristical, but then I thought to myself, I never saw such a chassis, so I did email the guy whith some precise questions, here it is:

"its a a-e logo chassie that is covered in carbon fiber laminiate. 25.00 ship

- yellowpokeadot"

"i said that the chassie has an over lamniate of carbon fiber as in its a stick on lamniate. if you dont feel that it is geniun then dont bid, the shock towers are also fiberglass covered in lamniate.

- yellowpokeadot"

Ya turns out he's (now that his wife isn't speaking for him) trying to make this my fault for not paying in the 1.5 hrs timeframe he gave me after the auction closed. LOL. Said he was goign to report me to ebay (i paid), so I BEGGED him to do it so that he'd just turn himself in and save me the effort.

Ya, turned out to be a real scumbag. Even had the same attitude with the other buyer. I'm not sweating it, it's nice to know I'm totally in the right on this one.
