F.A.O: Mr ED,

c.f. polishing alloy,

Best to use duraglit or brasso wadding and it comes straight up. it takes Aluminium a longish time to oxidise and dull and when this happens its readily buffed back to shineyness. Annosdising is just an accelerated oxidation process using electro-plating which dyes the layer of oxidation (that's why when its scratched the raw Alu shows through, its only a surface chemisrty process).

I'm a Chemist and playing with annodising baths at the minute. I'll be happy to annodise anything for people here once im happy with my set-up and colour intensities.

You can dress bump, scratches, dents with light sandpaper too, working down to 400-600 grade which can then be buffed up to a real good shine!

Hope that helps and watch this space for annodising!

Hi Northy

V. nice Procat. Do you have any set up info for this car e.g. spring rates, oils, pistons, ride height, droop?

IMO, there weren't any cars that were as well refined and performed as well when properly setup as the Scumacher cars of that era. If it weren't for Masami and yokomo, Schumacher would have won nearly everything during that time frame. -Jeff
