whitening old Cat wheels

Post by kaszal »

I wonder has anyone tried to whiten old Schuey wheels?

I've got some Bosscat Aerodiscs I want to brighten up.

Put them in a glass jar of 3% peroxide solution, line with foil and put in the sun for a few days?

I read somewhere it works best when exposed to UV light e.g. sunlight or artificial.

How did you do it Jeff?

OK thanks, now all I need is a big glass jar (pickled onions, anyone) and some sun. Not much chance of that in the UK right now :(

Yes, just a big glass jar with peroxide in it. 2-3 days and you should be done. -Jeff
