Ah, so by this time Cliff was 'retired' from racing. When you think about it, he has had a pretty good track record for his careers, racing and designing. Not many people can go from one to the other, let alone being in the elite of the industry for both.

Absolutely, the point is just because you can doesn't mean you should . Bad things can and probably will happen.

Old chargers weren't designed for a lot of things, and single cells that deliver 3.7v each is a lot different than cells that were...

i have a chance to purchase a new b2 car worlds edition still in shrink wrap, i see on ebay they bring nothing, should i just stick to my usual rc10;s

When I ran 1/12 scale many years ago, our club would collect everyone's used up foam wheels/tires and send them off to TRC (or some such place). Each person had to strip off the old rubber and clean them. They would return ready to install and run....

Does anyone know (or can anyone find out) if the mounting holes on the RC12LC, RC12L3 or RC12L4 are the same? The 12L3 uses a lot of the same parts as the 12LC but switched over to the 3-hole wheel mounts. The chassis cutouts are unique to the 12L3...

Okay, I was able to answer my own question. The holes in the chassis for all 3 models are identical except for the ones for the steering servo. On the 12l3 and 12l4, they are about 1/16 closer together than on the 12lc. So, a 12l3 chassis could be...

so I scored this on craigslist and it seems like the more I search the more I find this is the one that everybody wanted back in the day. It even came with the hottest engine O.S. had back then the .21RX-B nib and even has a really cool O.S. engine...

I'm currently rebuilding a Turbo Optima I scored off Craigslist (see ) and I've run into a dilemna.

The buggy is going to be a runner (I don't like shelfing RC cars). Well in the tear down, I found that the previous owner wasn't the nicest person...

how rare is an A chassis in black with only the 6 holes drilled, no stealth holes. what was it used on? a friend and i were talking about it (he has one), and i wasn't sure if his was painted or a gold chassis stripped and anodized black... and then...
