3000Mah enough for stock buggy class?
Is 3000 Mah enough battery for stock 2wd buggy class? I am looking for a battery that fits in to the chassis of a XX losi that still allows some battery movement for weight distribution. So far the ProTek 3000mAh seems like what I want if it will make a 6min run with a 17.5

I am running 3800 Mah LiPo without any issues. Get about 20-30 minute runtime.

I ran a 5400 in my XXT before I got rid of the truck....not much room to move it around, but the truck didnt need it either

I run this in my X-6 squared with 10.5 brushless:

Very light weight, plenty of runtime. I think it'll do 15-20 minutes. Don't know really, never actually timed it. I run 6 minute qualifiers and rarely have to charge more than 1200mAh back into it.

With a 17.5 in a buggy, you should use approx 1100-1500 mah per heat depending on how you are with throttle and brake.alwaysLOSI wrote:Is 3000 Mah enough battery for stock 2wd buggy class?
