My Collection
Snapped a few 'reference' pics of the nicer cars in my collection, what better place to post them then here?
Early JRX2 (thin shock collars, metal outdrive spacers, early 5-link, etc). Got this car in very very good condition in roughly 2001 or 2002. TBG body (recent), gear cover and wing. Mirror polished Sees wheels, deep rears (lol giggle). Novak Atom, Losi Revolition Yellow label motor, Futaba 75mhz AM. Futaba 9303 steering servo. I run this one, but very carefully. Bottom is an 8 out of 10.
First car I ever bought myself when I was a kid was the JRX2, in the Fall of 1989.
I currently have one of these still shrink wrapped that I am having a really hard time not opening........

Re: My Collection
Mint Cadillac (A) RC10. Futaba S148, Futaba M112C, stock motor, Lohas hurricanes (have un-run stock wheels and tires), Jammin tires, AE body and large wing. Replacement wing buttons and wire. Body and wing are new. Everything else (except esc / servo / receiver) is original to the car and was on it when I got it. Was never run when I found it on craigslist as a roller, for $60.
Picked up this box to go with this car, but it did not come with it.

Re: My Collection
Mint later Cadillac (A) gold tub. This one was also incomplete when I got it. Still has rubber molding flash on the tires. Speed controller was not set up.
Left all stock with mechanical speed controller. Servo is Futaba standard (148 or 3003), motor is stock blue label. Bushing car.

Re: My Collection
RC10T roller.
Got this one, again, as an incomplete never run truck. White nylon was dyed half forest green and half dark maroon. I dyed it all black. Finished build, has a new in box Joel Magic Johnson motor, no other equipment yet. Those are the original kit stickers I cut up and applied, was fun.
This is the box the truck came in.

Re: My Collection
Losi XXX-4. Rebuilt this using unused parts where needed, it appears brand new now. Peak Vantage 12T motor, Losi late model RTR ESC, Spektrum 2.4, I dyed the wheels tangerine orange so they would match the body. Linkages all have orange fuel tubing covering them.

Re: My Collection
A.R.E. Agitator pan conversion for the 5-link JRX2. Uses full rear 5-link with agitator type pan car front end and chassis. Trinity D3 brushed motor, Novak cyclone esc, saddle 5200mah lipo, new-old-stock foams, CustomWorks IROC body. Love this one. My original JRX2 in 1989 was converted to onroad with foams and an IROC body. This is my recreation of that car, better than back then since it's actually the A.R.E conversion. This chassis was never run when I got it. Still looks new but I have run it.
EDIT - Adding some pics with the body off as requested.

Re: My Collection
Latest addition, RC10-DS. Chassis was stripped, sanded and filled, then coated in spray-on Plasti-Dip. Looks amazing. Need to get a body for this one. Has original Reedy DS motor.
