Built in '89 new JRX2
Picked this body up from ultrahive and threw it on my new JRX2 for fun. If you have not seen this car before, it was built in 1989 and been on a shelf ever since. It is an early car, note solid shock tower in rear, metal out drive rings on diff and delivery date on original window sticker
. The original body, wing, and gear cover have never been touched and will probably become a boxart one day.

Nice, love the price back then. Having the original receipt is awesome.

Wow, I dont know how people were able to sit things like this on the shelf. Well, mine sat on the shelf for a while but it was only because I didnt have money for the electronics at the time lol. Beautiful car!

Me neither really, I got it from the 1st owner (for more than that invoice
) a couple years back and at that point I was able to let it sit, but had I had it in 1989, no way.

Wow time flies. Still working on old stuff but finally got a boxart from team blue groove for this new beast. Now it will sit on my shelf forever. Original body and wing remain uncut in box with invoice and instructions still. Sorry for the crummy cell phone pics.
