What was The company in Puerto Rico making the tube chassis

Do any of you remember the name of the company I think they were from Puerto Rico that was making tube RC 10 buggy chassis he was selling them on eBay for just over $100 if I remember right and I remember him posting on here looking for a b4 to start a buggy chassis with b4 suspension thanks guys

Don't get too excited, he doesn't have any for sale and never made the B4 cage.
