Re: Nige55's mini 'vintage' buggies some updates
Here's some more mini / micro vintage style projects on the go, apologies for the poor photos, will try to get some better ones soon.
This one is a 1/16 Yokomo-esque buggy. Sadly, can't find a body that I think works on it well. Also need to 3d print some dogbones.
It's basically a Carisma GTB 1/16 drivetrain and chassis with Associated RC18R suspension, traxxas shocks and Tamiya mini 4wd wheels.
It feels really nice, looking forward to finishing it.
* Having difficulties with the images for the moment

Re: Nige55's mini 'vintage' buggies
Next project is very much WIP, but I'm really excited about. It's a 1/32-ish micro RC10 graphite. I've wanted to do this for years,
and I'm going a bit further with detail than I usually would. What you see here is the mock up chassis before I get carbon cut. The white
A-arm mounts / bulkheads were my first try at shapeways, such good fun. Also modelling a micro turbo mirage which I will get 3D modelled and printed.
It's the micro I always hoped associated would make.
