Yep and I got a 21 hour ban from editing for asking her to restore it and noting that she was the RC10 deleter.

Anyone can edit anything but as you see, admins can revert and ban. We should all ask her to undelete it. It can be done, even now. I saw it on the deletion page but only an admin can do it.

I sent a note to their vandalism email address reporting her as a moderator with an impartial agenda. Hopefully she'll get banned.
