Beagle rear gearbox v optima

Anyone else had a problem with friction in the rear gearbox. Seems the pinion driving the differential/chain gear is too wide for the gearbox especially when the frames encasing the gearbox are tightened. I've filed a bit off the pinion which has relieved some friction with the inside of the gearbox.

Right, sussed that long bolts holding the gearbox shouldn't be tightened more than thread being flush and should use thread lock.... Read the manual durgh...
