RC 10 Model A truck conversion

RC10 Model A .......looking for the Stealth mounting template (p/n 6590) or the pattern) to upgrade the transmission...also a recommendation for brushless conversion..motor and esc . Will be running 2s 4000mah li-po. Also the pinion size for a 48 T spur. This old model A has been in a box for 30 years....Thanks !

If your pan is nice/unmolested, I might would reconsider drilling holes in it. There are plenty of sacrificial tubs on ebay.

I've always just used a spare Stealth pan as a template. But if anyone has or can make a template, I'd say that Jeff/GoMachV is the person to try.



But I wouldn't say that a Stealth is really any stronger than a properly built 6 gear (with black idle gears). With a few mods, I might would lean towards the six gear being stronger.

if you have another stealth buggy chassis you can use that chassis as a template if you bolt them together also but yeah, if you don't this was kinda useless
