XX Fluorescent Pink

Just finished a new-built Losi XX. I am going to paint box art. If you look at the box the decals and wheel discs appear to be a reddish color. The actual decals are a fluorescent pink color. So I use Pactra RC277 fluor. red on a test piece it looked "pink" like the decals so I proceded to spray the wheel discs with 2 light coats and back it up with one light coat of white. Hold it up to the decals now and it is way to dark-almost the box art color. I won't paint the body until I can find a better match or technique. Any thoughts on other brand paint choices? Now I have to find rear wheel discs-found fronts at the LHS. I'll try to post picks when I have a chance.

Unless you're building a Kinwald,why not use XX CR 5 spoke wheels?
Cheap,plentiful,easy to find and boy do they stay true!

XX is a shelf queen-already in a display case. I'm not planning on running it-the rest of the collection is box art built/painted. That is why I'm trying to match the paint color.
