Re: off roading
Those trucks in vid 4 are freak'n amazing!
Here's one from from the Soviets. Just goes to show that man builds what he needs for the environment he must tame. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VOULfira3o
I like daily drivers that can play in the rough and muck. I'm not into street monsters or bling bling, just give me a stock/relatively stock rig and let's go play. I personally prefer playing in mud. Guess that's why I run Clodbusters.
My first construction job I drove a 16' tilting stake bed, running materials to jobs and hauling debris to the dump. In the winter time it gets pretty soupy out on the dump pile from the hundreds of trucks going in and out every day. Not uncommon to be driving through 12" to 16" of mud, kinda hairy in a two wheel drive big rig with street tires.
At any rate, once dumped, I'd on occasion goose the gas and pitch the truck sideways. Playing in the mud was the best part of the day! LOL
