Thanks for the pics, let me know what happens when you get the car built and try to fit it.

I can't find the MrLexan Porsche 911 mentioned above in his forum, anyone have the measurements on it?

I currently dont have anything pulled in 1/10. I'd go with McAllister if you can find something to work.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Thank you for the reply. Turns out that a certain very helpful someone here has what I think might be the same body I ran on my on road X2 20 years ago. It's an IROC style camaro that should work great.

Thanks!

So for anyone looking for an answer, here is one solution I think worked very well.

This is a Custom Works Camaro ASA/IROC Body. It's available on tower hobbies.

Front is 9" wide and covers the wheels compltely, overhangs them just barely and there is no problem with clearance at all.

The rear is about 9 3/8" wide, and with the wide rear foams on the tires stick out about 1/4" or so. I think this looks great personally.

Here are some pictures. This was before I mounted body posts and did a final cleanup of all the lexan cuts.

what color u plan on doing the body?

ive made a few wheel / paint masks, for painting wheels with existing glued tires, let me know if you want to try them out. i would need the exact rim size for both front and rears 8)

Those are great bodies.... I've always liked the proportions that CW did.

I am thinking black with orange, not sure what kind of scheme yet, maybe black body with orange side skirts and hood vents. Still undecided, but have a three day weekend coming up so it might be painted by Monday... :)

Just a final shot of the completed body to close out the thread.
